Have your feet become your nemesis?
Do you sit quite a bit and look down at your laptop/PDA/handheld or other screen-based media correctly?
Does your back, neck or shoulders hurt from moving and lifting things improperly? Do you have tingling in your hand, up your arm, "frozen shoulder"?
Randy Eady (The Foot Whisperer) employs years of careful study and practice in Ashi (leg & foot) Anma (traditional Japanese finger pressure) to enhance the overall health of the body by stimulating meridian points on the feet, legs, arms, neck and head. The treatment is tuned to the rhythms of body -- paced & slow, light & deep -- and is designed to create a state of deep relaxation. Over the last several years Randy has developed ~~ with a number of amazing therapists ~~ an authentic Japanese foot and body treatment unlike anything offered anywhere in North America.
For instance, a client is often having both feet examined at the same time and using the same pressure technique (on each of the feet) rather than using contra-lateral on one foot before the other -- as is often the case in a traditional reflexology session. This assists dramatically with a more systematic and effective approach to achieve a better level of body symmetry and harmony.
